To comment SPAM using software that can be overcome by using the plugin Akismet . Thus, each will go to the Comment SPAM SPAM folder in my WP, and will be easier to remove them all at once. I highly recommend this plugin for bloggers who use the platform WordPress for their blogs. However, apart from the spam software, many SPAM comments submitted by hand. Well, these comments were often make trouble.
Some of the comments that go to my blog contain affiliate promotions link and also a personal blog blogger friends from within the country. Actually, no matter promotion affiliate link, but should do on a page commentary in the column tp put the website address, and of course remarked how appropriately.
Some comments from friends blogger only contain words that are very short, like " nice " " thanks bro ", " interesting article ", " thank you article ", and others. Comments them absolutely nothing to do with the topic of an article on my blog, so yes I delete it. What I wonder, those who do SPAM by hand, tired ga ya? Hehehe.

How to respond to the comment SPAM?
As a blogger, I certainly expect comments from readers of my articles, but I do not want my blog "disturbed" by the presence of SPAM. Then, how? The blog owner needs to have the tools to prevent this spamers in action, or at least lessen. Below are some of the options that we can do to help solve the problem of SPAM comments:
I had wanted to put captcha on the comments section of my blog, so everyone who wants to comment must type the words shown on the captcha appears. But I think this would make people want to leave a comment to be uncomfortable, and I usually do not like to comment on a blog that behaves this way. Option 2: Using Different Comments systems (Diqus or Jetpack)
Disqus very widely used today. However, I personally less liked. In this commenting system, blogger friends can not leave their site address for Disqus did not provide a column to fill in the address of your blog / website. Surely blogger wants to leave a "trace" their blog on other blogs to get traffic from the blog.
Bloggers blog friends visit each other is one way that is often done during this fellow bloggers to interact with one another. So, if there is no column to leave the website address, of course, other bloggers will be reluctant to leave comments on the blog. I do not use this option .
Option 3: Adding a Check Box To Enable button Submit Comment
I think this is one of the easiest ways to banish the spamers leaving comments manually. To add a check box that can be done by manually adding a specific code in the file comments.php.
I prefer to use plugins, namely by installing the plugin GASP (Growmap Anti spambots Plugin). Plugins are free and can be found by using the search field on wordpress by typing the keywords "Growmap Anti spambots Plugins", you can also download GASP and upload via cpanel. I'm using the GASP and plugin Akismet plugin.
Conclusion :
In my opinion, the problem of SPAM comments will not be overcome simply by relying one hundred percent Akismet plugin and GASP. We still have to do it manually moderation. Usually I do a moderation in the new comments coming in every day. And for some people who have several times submit a comment, I am setting Auto approve without moderation again.
