Follow the rules Always My Blog Shaped In Creating A Website

Website shaped blogs may now be one of the most numerous. First, because many platform and easy to use as WordPress, Blogspot or Tumblr. Secondly, blogs can be a container ideas in various forms.

I until now have been making some form of blog websites, including Free IM this. Some of them are successful, the rest failed. From this experience I made a rule that I always follow if you want a successful blog.

Plan carefully

Benjamin Franklin said, " if you fail to plan, you're planning to fail ", roughly meaning that failing to plan means planning for failure.

Initial planning is very important, when the website was launched there was no time to reengineer. If the most fundamental lack of good planning, the new website is going to be  is not clear , and we as the author was  reluctant .

There are several things that must be planned before making blog:

1. What is the topic? Is this interesting topic for you? Are you an expert in this topic? Otherwise, how will manufacture its content?
2. Identification of prospective readers . Who is interested in the topic? Man or woman? The young child or an adult? Adjust the content of the blog with readers identity
3. Choosing a domain name . There are three types of domain names: Brandable, EMD (Exact Match Domain), or PMD (Partial Match Domains). Brandable domain that is most flattering to create a good impression in the eyes of the reader
4. Platform selection. Platform blog can indeed be replaced even if already running, but mending determined in advance. Understand the advantages of each platform, select the most appropriate
5. Nada writing . Many blog writers are not aware of the tone of his writing. Usually the writing tone tailored to the personality of choice and writer. Suppose smelled news blog usually raw language, whereas language is more relaxed entertainment blog. Decide in the beginning, changing the tone of the writing in the middle would be strange

Design and technical

Design blog is one of the most important factors that determine whether or not palatable to the eye and read.

The tendency nowadays is usually a minimalist website, or often called flat design . For blogs, the content so the most important thing. Therefore the design must support the content, articles should be easy to read , not to design even so the user interference in reading.

Because more than 50% of smartphone users browse the internet, the website should also be easily viewed on the phone display. Make sure the blog design  responsive , alias adjust the screen size.

Moreover, that is also important is the loading time. Faster loading is completed, the better . Loading time is strongly influenced by the design, plugin, and hosting.

SEO is important. But do not be excessive optimization, the result will be negative.

Backup! Plan a backup system for the entire website both new and old. I had some bitter experiences related lazy backup.

First define its social media. Usually great websites relying on only one major social media for promotional content. But still there are a lot of social media? Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, choose which one?

• Twitter - Use Twitter that website content consisted mainly of articles

• Pinterest - Pinterest users mostly women who like browsing clothes, furniture, crafting, etc.

Interaction with the reader

The most important thing must be remembered: a blog reader is a human and not a robot .

There are many types of interaction with readers. The first, the interaction of the writer to the reader. Although not directly, the articles we write can be addressed differently by the reader. Good article written by humans for humans , not for search engines.

The following rules should be established for yourself as the owner and author of the blog:

1. Consistent writing , set the schedule for publishing new content. Daily, weekly, monthly .. Follow a predefined schedule consistently
2. Persistence and focus . Convince yourself that success does not come overnight. Do not be too easy to give up even if the desired result is not visible. The focus with the original plan, do not be lulled by false promises (many in the world of internet marketing)
3. Never mind , sometimes there are readers who leave negative comments because they do not agree with our opinion. Do not waste your time and energy on fed up with negative messages
4. Learn, learn, learn . Invest the time and money to learn how to develop our website into a better direction. Learn how to write well and study in technical terms such as HTML / CSS
